Great location near railway station, easy access to sights, lots of nearby restaurants, hop-on tourist bus available, safe place to stay.
Nothing at all.

The staff was very helpful. We came in on the early morning train and were able to leave our bags since we couldn't check in until later in the day. They also offered us breakfast on our arrival. Our travel plans changed quickly and we needed to checkout before checkout time -- the kitchen staff helped us and we made our early train time without a problem -- and got breakfast!

The room was a great value for the price, very spacious with an unexpected level of luxury on a backpacker's budget. And in a great location too, just a couple blocks from the train station and central metro station. If I make another trip to Rome, there is no question as to where I will be staying.
Beds were quite hard, other than that no complaints.

During my recent stay at B&B Rosmini, I was pleasantly surprised by the location, which proved to be convenient for exploring the city. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bistro table and a luxurious jetted shower. The complimentary breakfast, although simple, offered a taste of Italy with delicious cappuccino and croissants. The staff, especially the person who checked us in, was accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage until our room was ready. I had a good experience at B&B Rosmini and would recommend it for its value and ideal location.

It was very scary looking for the hotel. The main entrance to the hotel is in a backlane, with no signs of a hotel. Looks like any home apartment from the outside. The access to the hotel got me worried to the extend that I wanted to just ditch the hotel and check in to others. However, it was a very pleasant surprise once we walked in. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

Very close to Termini Station, it is perfect if we are traveling for a couple of days. Clean rooms, some minor setbacks, but very OK all in all.
A little noisy at night.

My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and found B&B Rosmini to be a hidden gem right in the heart of the city..The room was large and airy with a small balcony..Breakfast is buffet style which you take to your room to eat (Its just outside your door) and we found it very nice to relax in your room over breakfast. Also very clean ,with a modern large bathroom .Kasia was a great help ordering taxis etc.
There was nothing we didnt like about B&B Rosmini

The location of this B&B is extremely convenient, being close to the central station and within walking distance of all the major attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a big and cozy bed. the bathroom was also large and well-maintained. the staff provided great service, fulfilling our request for a crib for our baby. the breakfast, although basic, had everything we needed and we even had access to a TV with Netflix.
There were some minor issues with the facilities, such as a non-functioning kettle in the room. these were just minor inconveniences and did not significantly impact our overall positive experience.

The room was clean and spacious for 4 of us (2 adults with older children) and breakfast was adequate. Centrally located. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were well accomodated.
